Through our program, we’ll walk you through a set of exercises to help you identify which apps and settings best support your goals. We’ll then adjust settings and pull levers you didn’t even know existed to reconfigure your iPhone to be dramatically less distracting, while still giving you everything you actually need.

Everything is free. We want everyone, regardless of resources, to be able to reclaim their time and attention. Donations will be accepted at a future time but will never be required of participants in the program.

Is this really free, or is there a catch?

Yes it’s totally free. This isn’t a startup trying to profit from the problems tech companies created. We’re a group of volunteers donating our time, and we’ve kept costs low with simple, efficient solutions. If it succeeds, this project will grow into a non-profit purely focused on helping people reclaim their time and attention.

Why do I have to live near Provo, Utah?

At the moment, this is a small-scale program, and some solutions require being physically present to implement. If you’re interested but don’t live nearby, you can join our waitlist to be notified when the program expands.
